Enjoy her delicious braces friendly appetizer recipe for “Cheesy Spinach Dip” Ingredients: 1 package of frozen chopped spinach 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup sour cream ¼ teaspoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon pepper Directions: 1. Cook the spinach according to the package’s directions in a sauce pan on low heat. 2. Do not add additional salt. 3. Once cooked, drain well. 4. Add flour slowly. 5. Cook for at least one minute, stirring constantly. 6. Add the remaining ingredients and sauté, stirring well. 7. Serve dip warm with crackers. |
